You do not need to be a Yogi to attend our yoga classes. With our guiding approach in practice, you will be able to perform the poses while having fun with your child.

Postnatal Yoga with your newly born baby
The fact is that our bodies really get through the wringer during pregnancy. Although it’s all worth it but that doesn’t mean we aren’t trying to find ways to get back the body we used to have or to find a new normal that we are happy with. Yoga is an incredible way for moms to make peace with their bodies and recognize the miracles it has performed.
At Mother-n-baby classes, you will find the poses are geared specifically to heal your body-mind-soul and will help you to add strength to your arms, shoulders, and chest. All the things you need for bouncing and rocking your baby. So, get you into downward-facing-dog.
Additionally, combining Pilates practices with Yoga poses will help mothers to get fit at a record time by gaining core strength, as well as firming the pelvic floor muscles and stabilizing the spine.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Exercise is an important way to regulate changing hormones during and after pregnancy to prevent postpartum depression.
It is not recommended to start until your baby can hold their head up without help. You may also want consider consulting your doctor. No one will judge you for feeding or changing for your child in the middle of class.
Your little one will spend the practice session in your arms, but usually, once they can walk or crawl you will put them down next to you.
